While designing the web based management UI for alakai, it became apparent that ManageableExtensions will require dependencies on artificats other than type jar and eoa-feature, e.g. a dependency of type 'war' which would contain a portlet.

Additionally, this change will allow extensions added flexibility when implementing behavior, i.e. by allowing them to declare non eoa dependency types, e.g. types which may be extension specific.
